Meghan Yoho, MA, LCMHC

Meghan is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who enjoys helping teens and adults address the challenges they face and build skills that allow them to attain their goals. She welcomes individuals who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, questions of identity, life transitions, trauma, and disordered eating. Meghan offers a nonjudgmental space in which clients can explore and embrace new modes of thinking and develop confidence and independence. She incorporates strategies of cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help those she accompanies to find and develop the tools they need to thrive in a complicated and challenging world. She also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help address trauma, build boundaries, and create healing.
