Meghan Yoho, MA, LCMHCA, NCC
Meghan welcomes children, adolescents, and adults to discover their strengths and build new skills when struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, identity and self-esteem, life transitions, or trauma. Meghan uses a cognitive-behavioral approach and has experience with child-centered play therapy and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. She creates a safe environment for clients to share without feeling judged and to work through challenges.
