Meghan Yoho, MA, LCMHCA, NCC

Meghan is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who enjoys helping teens, adolescents, and adults address the challenges they face and build skills that allow them to attain their goals. She welcomes individuals who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, questions of identity, trauma, and disordered eating. Meghan offers a nonjudgmental space in which clients can explore and embrace new modes of thinking and develop confidence and independence.  She incorporates strategies of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help those she accompanies identify and develop the tools they need to thrive in a complicated and challenging world.
