Myque is a warm and energetic psychotherapist, registered yoga teacher, and mindfulness specialist who truly enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She supports teens and adults of all ages with identity exploration, anxiety, depression, relationships, and other major life transitions. Myque combines yoga, meditation, mindfulness and modalities like Art Therapy with traditional therapeutic methods to create an inviting and fun environment where clients of all ages will discover the potential for change in their current situation. Myque strives to make genuine connections with the individuals she works and help return balance to their lives. Myque is certified in Early Childhood Mental Health and has extensive experience working with children in private practice and school settings and she is very comfortable helping children and parents work through day-to-day struggles or challenging situations at school or at home. Myque can help with issues related to parenting, divorce; and she also offers unique support to single parents. Myque also specializes in diversity and identity exploration, which includes support for LGBTQ youth and their families. She is trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and offers support to children or adults that have experienced trauma or grief related to domestic violence.
